IT Support Technician (1st / 2nd Line)
Up to £25,000

Your new role
As IT Support Technician it will be your responsibility to provide, 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to end users throughout the business, either remotely or in person.
Working on a virtualised infrastructure, you will act as first point of contact for configuration and maintenance of PCs/laptops and the latest windows kit as well as servers as necessary.
Supporting internal stakeholders using Microsoft Windows 7-10 operating systems, Office 365, Microsoft servers 2013 and CRM as well as supporting 3rd party software (training provided).
Other duties include maintain log of fault calls, assets and mobile phones with basic configuration of the phone system included also.

Experience Needed
To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in IT support, dealing with internal stakeholders at all levels of the business and the ability to demonstrate the utmost professionalism towards both colleagues and management at all times.
An excellent attention to detail is paramount in addition to a polite, helpful and approachable attitude.
A minimum of Microsoft MCDST qualification or equivalent is essential.
