Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking an Internal Communications Adviser on an ongoing temporary basis, to assist the extremely busy Comms team of this international organisation.

This role is responsible for planning and delivering internal communications that help build employee engagement and support the organisation to achieve its goals.

Minimum of 3 yrs experience in internal communications, marketing or employee engagement position.
Strong communication skills, including copywriting, proofreading, editing technical copy, presentations, tailoring communications to the audience and channel.
End to end experience of managing communication projects and campaigns
Experience of managing communication channels, including measurement techniques.
Excellent PowerPoint skills, experience of intranet content management and publishing preferred Photoshop or design skills desirable.
Strong time management skills – ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload, ability to react quickly, delivering high quality work within challenging timescales.
Stakeholder management and influencing skills, ability to build rapport and form partnerships.

Monday to Friday 9-5.00pm (with 45 mins for lunch)
£29.00 to £38.00 p/hour
Free parking, restaurant and gym on site
