An award-winning provider of buy side trading technology URGENTLY seeks a Trade Desk FIX Analyst - (FIX, SQL, Equities, Support) to join their London team. This role will involve working across the prestigious client base, On-Boarding and managing the connectivity process. The day to day role will involve the following:

  • Working with Clients, internal colleagues and network vendors to perform the following service-related functions:
  • o Gather requirements to provide designs and provisioning of FIX Order Flow

    o Testing and certification

    o Go-live implementation

    o On-going changes and enhancements to the FIX network

    o Troubleshooting, support and resolution of issues

    o Occasional involvement in the pre-sales process

  • Partnering with external vendors to ensure the best service possible to external clients
  • Participation in the development and on-going refinement, enhancement and continuous
  • Participation in the investigation, implementation, and operation of 3rd party tools to enhance/improve, automate, and streamline the delivery of network services.
  • Occasional travel to customer sites to perform on-site customisation, testing, and troubleshooting.

As the successful FIX Network Analyst, you will be working with in an elite team of individuals and liaising with some of the world's most prestigious buy side financial trading firms.     To be considered for the role of - FIX Network Analyst, FIX On-Boarding, FIX Support, FIX Connectivity, FIX Certification, FIX, LAN, WAN, Financial Technology, Buy Side - you will need skills and experience in the following:

      Strong experience around FIX is essential - configuration, testing and troubleshooting Good knowledge of LAN and WAN connections Proven ability to work in mission critical operations and support environment. Proven ability to partner with various internal departments to deliver superior customer service. Occasional travel to customer sites to perform on-site customisation, testing, and troubleshooting. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the securities trading industry and minimum of 3 years' experience with FIX administration and support including On-boarding (preferably within the buy-side arena)
