An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic Training Administrator to join this dynamic team for a 9 month period based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

In this multifaceted position you will support in the planning, administration and other logistics associated with delivering training in the UK

Your Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating training schedules and additional training support
  • General administrative work
  • Creating reports from computer based systems
  • Liaising with managers regarding training requirements
  • Supporting in the booking and logistics for new launches and required training events
  • Promoting training courses to the network
  • Booking delegates onto planned training courses
  • Dealing with invoices and purchase orders

Are you methodical & are you a team player?

Do you have very good organisational and communication skills and are customer orientated?
