Content Manager - Old Street, London

A highly successful, global training company based in Central London (Old Street) are looking for an experienced Content Manager to join their team.

The focus of this Content Manager role will be to manage, maintain and grow the content within the existing library; project managing the build of new modules and acting as quality control for the content within the product. Key responsibilities will include:

*Constantly reviewing content (videos, synopses, written copy) to ensure consistency and quality
*Set quality expectation for videos, synopses and questions, rejecting content that does not meet the minimum standard for the product
*Work with sector heads to identify opportunities to grow the catalogue based on client feedback and market opportunities
*Work with sector heads to identify, create and publish topical content on a weekly basis
*Work with planning and recording teams to allocate faculty to develop new content as required
*Project manage the production of any new content for the product
*Work with the Head of Content to constantly review the content production processes to ensure content is created as efficiently as possible

To be suitable for this Content Manager position you will possess exceptional written English with extensive proof reading experience. You will have strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload. This role will also involve the line management of two Recording Editors so any previous man management experience would be beneficial. Any exposure to e-learning would also be highly advantageous, although not essential.

The salary on offer for this Content Manager role is £32,000 plus benefits including 25 days holiday, private healthcare and life assurance.
