Social Media and Digital Community Officer (Social Media, Online Community) - London - £30,000

A forward thinking national charity is looking for an enthusiastic Social Media and Digital Community Officer to join their London Head Office.

The overall remit of this position will be to encourage and facilitate conversations across the online forums and social media channels - previous experience of community management would be highly advantageous.

Another key aspect of the role will be to provide advice and support, to multiple sites and offices across the UK, on how to set up and run their own social media accounts within agreed standards and guidelines.

This role would suit a diplomatic individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Please ensure that any experience with the following is clearly indicated on your CV:

* Social media - Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, blogs,
* Community management - online forums, comment pages
* User engagement - spotting opportunities for conversations
* Signposting - referring users to the website or appropriate channel
* Identifying issues - complaints and customer service queries
* Analytics - analysis and evaluation of community data
* Supporting and training colleagues on best practice
* Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
