Lexcel and CQS accredited firm is now hiring a Residential Property Lawyer for its office in Liverpool.

The Firm
A Lexcel accredited firm with a network of offices in the North West, our client offers services to clients in areas including Family, Conveyancing, Private Client and Personal Injury. Their team of dedicated and experienced experts are committed to providing high levels of client care and ensure advice is cost effective and personable. With a reputation for excellence within the legal community, they are now seeking to add to their Conveyancing team which is accredited by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme. The position is for a Residential Property Lawyer and will be based at the firm’s Liverpool office.

The Role
Managing your own caseload of Residential Property matters, this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Lawyer at a thriving firm. Your duties may include: new builds; freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; landlord and tenant matters; drafting and granting new leases; obtaining Land Registry documents; re-mortgages; submitting and reviewing searches and; transfers of equity. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Legal Executives from NQ to 5 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
A high standard of client care and strong communication skills are essential.
Taking an organised approach, you will be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Overall, you will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
