The Organisation: The Green Recruitment Company is working with a leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy in their search for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be based in their Sheffield office, working within a multi-disciplinary team providing support to the range of construction services that they provide.

The Role: The Office Administrator will work with the senior management team, handling the day to day operations of the department. The role will be to ensure that the operations are organised and efficiently carried out resulting in the successful delivery of client projects.
As part of the role the Office Administrator will;
• Coordinate the day to day operations of the department
• Handle enquiries, creating client bookings and review orders
• Communicate relevant information to clients
• Organise the team to complete tasks for outstanding contracts
• Issue completed reports
• Prepare billing information for the accounts team
• Deliver a high level of customer service

Person Specification: The Office Administrator will have;
• Experience in providing back office support
• Support the wider department to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
• Strong organisational skills
• Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
• Confidence to succeed in a technical environment
• Ideally, have experience in the construction or similar sector
