Application Support Analyst (SQL, Incident Management, SLAs)

Great opportunity for an Application Support Analyst with experience dealing with SQL databases and incident and problem management of queries to join a well-respected company based in Kent. You will have full knowledge of SQL 2008 and preferably some experience of SQL 2012 and the ability to analyse data tables and find root causes of issues.

Key responsibilities for the Application Support Analyst:
• Incident Management and Problem Management using tools to investigate, diagnose and, propose the most appropriate solution
• Identify the root cause of problems in data tables
• Prevention of repeat incidents
• Walk through solutions with customers
• 35 hour week with a 24/7 on-call rota - 1 in 3 weeks paid overtime with remote access

Key skills and experience for the Application Support Analyst:
• Strong SQL 2008 skills and preferably some SQL 2012 experience
• Experience of working with a ticketing system
• Ability to work to strict SLAs
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible work attitude
