Teacher of Physical Education? Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall Area
Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
Randstad Education Plymouth is recruiting Teachers of PE for supply work in Secondary Academies and Schools across the region
We have an urgent requirement for teachers of Physical Education who are keen to work on temporary, fixed term and potential permanent positions across Devon and Cornwall. PE teachers are always a popular choice for supply, and as such, they are the first to move in to fixed term contracts and permanent positions. Over the last 12 months we have placed more PE teachers in to permanent roles than any other subject, making supply work a genuine route in to that all important contract. Whether you an experienced practitioner looking to move on, or an NQT still searching for the right school we can offer the advice, support and opportunities you need for your next position.
Here at Randstad Education we work with the widest range of schools in the area. We are privileged to be the ?first call? for the majority of these schools, they rely heavily on us to provide the support they need to cover absence and sickness. For you, this means you will have access to the positions available in your specialism before other agency workers, and a specialist consultant working hard on your behalf to build your profile and positive reputation in the area. These short term assignments could lead to longer term and permanent opportunities.
The South West region including Devon and Cornwall presents an extremely diverse range of backgrounds for students attending secondary schools. With rural and urban communities within a few miles of each other, most schools will need teachers that are adept in meeting the needs of a mix of backgrounds. As a temporary teacher your challenge will be to do that on day one for each assignment.
To apply please send your CV and cover email to our Specialist Secondary Consultant, Ben Baillie. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Our passion is to raise the standard of education by contributing to the safe learning environment through the recruitment of qualified professionals.
