A leading Social Media company based in London are seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to join their team on an 11 month contract.

The role is to manage the marketing automation platform and to establish a range of marketing campaigns to deliver leads to sales.

You will have a strong background in Marketo and have worked with a sales team.

Duties:

* Manage Marketo / our marketing automation platform
* Initiate and lead projects working collaboratively with other departments to ensure that automated campaigns achieve company goals
* Establish a range of automated marketing campaigns to deliver a steady stream of qualified leads to sales
* Implement lead scoring best practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads
* Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
* Measure campaign results and optimise our lead nurturing workflows for segments to convert more leads through to customers
* Work closely with operations to ensure that our platforms within the business communicate with Marketo
* Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content creation used in our email sends
* Carry out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximise results
* Segment audiences to optimise campaigns and increase effectiveness
* Report on all campaigns and make changes where necessary

Skills:

* A strong background in Marketo, lead generation programs, email marketing best practices, and inbound marketing is crucial, along with experience improving marketing and sales alignment through continuous business process improvement
* Experience in a marketing operational role including email campaign execution, A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting
* Experience in database management
* Highly organised, methodical and process-driven, demonstrating a drive to improve internal processes whenever possible
* Ability to lead and manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communicator
* Creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
* Able to deal with ambiguity and work in a matrix organisation, adaptable and flexible
