Sales Co-Ordinator



Monday to Friday (Business Hours)

I am looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Co-Ordinate to work in a busy, fast paced environment in Doncaster.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to deliver customer service in both a telephone based and environment have previous customer service and administration experience, have great problem-solving skills, be empathetic, remain calm under pressure and be reliable!

The duties and responsibilities in this role are:

* Support the “Independent” merchant’s requirements by offering products and obtaining orders.

* Collaborate closely with the sales team to manage accounts.

* Log activities onto the CRM system.

* Pro actively chase customer’s quotes raised by the technical team on our product ranges Drainage, TDI, and UFH.

* Reach potential and existing customers to activity promote specific product ranges. * Order processing received via fax, telephone or email, accurately and within specified time frames. * Respond to queries and effectively provide a solution

* Liaise with customers and provide a high level of service and strive to exceed customer’s expectations.

The key skills required for you to apply for this are:

* Excellent customer service skills

* Goal focused to achieve team and individual targets, KPI’s and SLA’s

* Ability to work effectively under pressure

* Results-driven mind-set
