Working closely with the Business Support Manager for the London office, the role holder will assist with resourcing, structure, and improving procedures and cost-effectiveness. The role holder will also assist (with others) with the day to day management of a team of c40 PAs in this office.
We are looking for an experienced people manager who is able to use their own initiative, have first class organisational skills and be an integral team player. Flexibility, diversity and proactive positivity are key attributes for this role.
This is a developmental junior management role and as such you will have no assigned lawyers but will be expected to assist in managing the coordination of resource, particularly during peaks and troughs. You will also be expected to assist with other office related tasks / ad-hoc projects.
