Marketing Manager - Europe
Purpose of Role: Set out and lead the marketing strategy and initiatives in Europe and act as brand guardian. Drive brand awareness and understanding in all core markets while supporting and facilitating sales teams.
Key Responsibility Areas
·Plan and implement through-the-line marketing calendar for Europe
·Work with EU management team and VP of Global Marketing to ensure all campaigns and activities are fulfilling overall brand and corporate objectives.
·Build and implement seasonal marketing campaigns, ensuring all campaigns are supported with relevant materials for sales team, retailers, digital channel and PR
·Set strategy and planning for all sales promotions including briefing of sales team and creation of supporting materials
·Increase brand awareness and understanding in key regions and act as the brand guardian within the aden + anais European team
·Plan and execute partnership marketing activities to increase brand awareness utilising 3rd party channels
·Implement and manage sampling strategy, planning and execution along with collaboration
·Manage team - Graphic Designer and PR & Marketing Executive
·Develop public relations strategy working with PR & Marketing Executive. Drive quality and quantity of PR coverage across key regions.
·Branded materials - work with Graphic Designer on developing powerful brand materials and content
Licensing and collaborations
·Plan and execute relevant partnerships/licenses with global marketing and production teams for EU - product/range development, launch campaign plans, sell-in materials, events and marketing communications.
·Continue to leverage partnership after range launch
New product development and range selection
·Keep abreast of trend and competitive landscape within Europe and feed into the central design teams
Trade marketing and merchandising
·Work with sales team to support key account marketing plans including events, bespoke POS solutions and content.
·Develop merchandising solutions to improve visibility of brand and sell through
·Set tradeshow strategy and overall objective for each season. Manage Marketing & PR Executive to implement tradeshows.
