An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Technical Services Team based in Beckenham. You will be responsible for delivering and supporting our key internal technical and control services. Working with the systems that are intrinsic to our business including CREST and the regulatory controls.

This role requires high attention to detail, and compliance with procedures both in relation to requests from Euro clear and internal departments.

. Perform required daily tasks in relation to and in conjunction with the settlement system (CREST)
. Handle CREST related matters and develop and maintain a relationship with the system provider (Euroclear)
. Comply with key controls, procedures and processes, seeking improvements where possible
. Assist with the control of user accesses and with the testing for new internal system
. Produce statistics to senior management and highlight areas of concern
. Keep informed and up to date of the business issues and legislation to enable you to deal with internal/external issues
. Issue CSDR control reference numbers to the business and monitor through to reconciliation
. Ensure all CREST messages for the business are completed quickly and any discrepancies dealt with. In line with procedures.
. Monitor daily instructions to ensure they are processed within the allotted timescales
. Ensure full compliance with internal and external procedures and Financial Conduct Authority regulations
. Ensure that all complaints received are handled appropriately
. Ensure any incidents or breaches are reported in accordance with procedures.
Investigate and resolve any reconciliation issues, liaising with areas concerned and reporting any issues to management.

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication skills
Experienced in working with Euro Clear
Good knowledge of the share industry
Working to strict deadlines and targets
Proactive Attitude
Ability to work on own initiative but also work well as part of a team
Attention to detail
Capable of prioritising work and time management
Flexibility
