Business Engagement Analyst - Doncaster - £42k Per Annum plus Car Allowance My client in Doncaster are looking for a Business Engagement Analyst, who will help identify and effectively communicate ways to use technology to help achieve strategic business goals In line with appropriate technology strategies and roadmaps, and in response to the requirements of senior stakeholders. You will be seen as a key figure in the shaping and delivery of innovative Business Systems initiatives from idea to completion. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management * Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation and develop an understanding of their strategies, plans and development needs. * Be approachable to all business stakeholders, advise on requirements and direct to / liaise with subject matter experts as appropriate. * Drive the usage and adoption of business applications * Liaise with all levels in IT to translate stakeholder requirements, views and opinions as necessary. * Will expect to spend an average of 20 - 30% of time within Regional, Sales & Site offices. Value Creation * Analyse and document business requirements including processes mapping and translate these where necessary into a business case for change. * Take a 'Hands on' approach to the delivery of all change initiatives as agreed with the Business Engagement Manager and in accordance with the agreed Keepmoat methodology. * Co-ordinate required resources to enable successful change delivery on time, to the required quality and within the agreed budget. * Engage with 3rd parties where required to ensure improvement initiatives are delivered as expected. * Implement and maintain strong agile improvement delivery practices. Business Engagement * Develop, distribute, and coordinate in-depth end-user reviews for modified and new systems or applications, * Ensure effective engagement nationally with the Keepmoat regions and front-line staff. Key Skills: * Familiarity of systems and processes within a housebuilder organisation * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance * Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently Some travel will be expected with an expectation of spending a minimum of 20-30% away from the Doncaster office.
