The Role

Resourcing and growing talent has always been a cornerstone to the success of our company and as such plays a key role both now and into the future. We are looking for an individual who is passionate and uncompromising in their pursuit of engaging and securing the best talent for our business.

Reporting into the HR Manager, you'll span the entire spectrum of the business; Marketing, Digital, Technology and Insights. Working with fascinating people and hiring the best to come into the business. With exciting growth plans for the next year, volume will be steady and you'll use your top stakeholder management skills to provide a refined recruitment service.

You will need to communicate persuasively and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders whilst building and maintaining great relationships. Creative in your approach, you'll be comfortable using a variety of social media platforms to innovatively find the best talent in the market and be tenacious in your approach.

There is also a need for clear structure and processes associated with delivering in this role, so you need to be comfortable working accurately and at pace.

- Managing the attraction strategy; you're always closing, networking and strategising on which channels will bring us our next great hire
- Managing the full recruitment of all-star hires from sourcing and interviewing, to navigating through whatever roadblocks may cross your path, all the way to that hires first day at our company
- Relationship management of candidates from beginning to end: you will be the face of our company, so ensuring that the brand / business is consistently and positively represented throughout the recruitment process is key
- Feedback from candidates regarding their experience during the recruitment process - using this information for continuous improvement
- Attending networking events such as tech meet-ups and recruitment events to build a pipeline of qualified candidates: we are always one step ahead
- Never NOT being proactive: whether you are receiving 5 applications a week or a 1,000, waiting passively goes against your nature - you must act on your innate desire to make things happen

Desired Skills and Experience

- +3 years working as an in-house or agency recruiter; Professional Services, Technology, Media or similar sector
- You possess passion, hunger and drive
- You have the numbers to back up previous success
- You are self-motivated and results oriented
- You are personable and articulate, even in high pressure situations
- You are able to successfully manage multiple priorities - in fact, you crave the challenge
- You are creative and believe that there is always a way
- You are emotionally intelligent and have a knack for understanding human nature
- Evidence of implementing and delivering a range of selection methods / tools; coaching and training others in their use
- Proven ability to use Social Media to engage and develop candidate relationships
