This academy is looking to appoint an experienced individual to provide medical care and welfare support to students and who will contribute to specific interventions which impact positively on student wellbeing, attendance and performance. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, calm and confident manner and will be able to communicate effectively and positively with students with different cultural, physical and social needs. They will have strong administration skills and will possess a first aid qualification.

They welcome applications from individuals who have relevant experience of working with children or young people and who can demonstrate their ability to support students in an educational setting. You will have a passion for continuous improvement, high expectations and very high standards of performance.

This academy is 20 minutes by train from London Euston and enjoys a leafy setting close to the urban environment of Watford.
