Maxwell Bond are currently helping an Organisation, who are going through a ground-breaking Transformation journey, recruit for a PMO Analyst. The client is venturing on a digital revolution, and with this multiple Business and IT Change Programmes imminent.
Working in a brand new PMO function, the successful PMO analyst will have track record of supporting PMO processes and controls across multiple Business and IT Change projects, working with multiple project managers to coordinate, plan, develop and implement governance, and controls, report on risk and issues and manage costs.

Experience Required
• Previous PMO Analysis experience is essential
• Advanced with the full MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and MS SharePoint
• Experienced managing governance, RAID log, reporting and escalating where needed
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Ability to work with multiple Project Managers, Business Analysts and coordinating multiple workstreams
• Ability to work with little supervision or guidance at times
