A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and highly organised individual to join a fast growing digital agency based in Preston, Lancashire.

For more than 11 years they have been providing leading-edge, innovative digital marketing to customers spanning the length and breadth of the UK. A trusted and well respected, small but friendly company, has a proven track record for delivering fast and reliable leads to both public and private sector organisations.

They would expect the candidate to start in a Sales Administrator role for the first year, whilst you embed into the organisation and go through necessary training. Following that, you will transition into an Account Manager, dramatically increasing your earning potential and responsibility.

The successful candidate will ideally be educated to graduate level and be looking to develop a long and successful career in account management. You will be reporting directly to the company Directors and Project Manager.


- Making outbound calls to existing clients and prospects
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails
- Maintenance of client contact via CRM database
- Managing client
- Creating monthly dashboard report for board meetings
- Booking meetings and arranging travel
- Issuing and chasing Invoices and reconciliation
- Other basic administration tasks

Desired Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent telephone manner and previous experience of telephone based role
- Good standard of English, both written and spoken with good communication skills
- Well organised and ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
- Hard working with a positive and friendly attitude.
