IT Support Limited (ITSL) is a Luton based IT solutions company that delivers specialist support, infrastructure, telephony and consultancy to a range of businesses throughout the UK.

Location is not a problem for us. We cover the local areas of Luton, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Aylesbury and St. Albans and also have customers in London and all over the UK.

We are looking for engineers who have what it takes (with the right training) to develop into consultants and system architects, therefore they would work closely with the existing consultancy team gaining skills in cutting edge technologies.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

To provide technical support; answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues To log all calls on the call logging system and maintain full documentation Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice To allocate more complex service issues to the relevant IT Support member To arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house Working with senior consultants

Required skills:

Proficient in uploading posts to social media Editing video content and being able to communicate and work well in a team Confident in expressing ideas Great understanding of the marketing field (SEO, PPC)

Salary:

£ 8,000 - £10,000 per annum

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
