You will be responsible to provide full admin support, dealing with various mortgage documentation, and other general admin tasks. You will also be able make outbound calls to existing clients.
Whilst a background in a Mortgage Environment would be advantageous, it is not essential. It is going to be busy and fast paced with lots of client relationship building. You’ll be responsible for managing the company/lender relationship in addition to dealing with pre and post-advice client contact, ensuring that all lending administration and communication is dealt with efficiently and expediently.
