Branch Manager – Multisector £28,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)

Realistic Commission potential – O.T.E £60,000K in year1

The role

Reporting directly to our CEO you’ll be an experienced billing-Manager, responsible for building a profitable desk of your own and supporting the branch Recruitment Consultants to do the same. We are looking for a natural leader who can guide the team to become a high performing branch whilst leading from the front and by example. You will:

·Be supportive, encouraging team members to achieve and pushing to realise ambitions.

·Carry out a Monthly Performance review on all staff members, where development and training needs can be discussed.

·Ensure that the branch is exceeding its targets and KPI’s and will be handsomely rewarded for doing so.

·Ensure that the candidate customer service is the best it can be

·Continually expand your network through networking, marketing and social media.

·Attend monthly managers meetings held at Head Office with the CEO and Directors.

·Identify new leads and headhunting potential clients and key accounts for your network.
