Empowering Learning is currently working in close partnership with a number of Teesside educational provisions to help improve pupil progress across the area. The provisions provide 121 and small group tuition to pupils from key stage to key stage 4. With both part time and full time positions available, this is an excellent opportunity for those wishing for flexibility in their work pattern.

If successful, ideally you will have experience working with pupils with SEMH difficulties in a classroom setting, however candidates with a background in youth work, sports coaching, ex police or with a military background will also be considered.

Ideal candidates will:

* Have experience working with challenging behaviour
* Be educated to degree level or equivalent
* Hold or be willing to process a current DBS and it be registered in the online update service.
