Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team

Duties include;

* Processing monthly payrolls in a team
* Dealing with queries
* Preparing files for the payroll
* Upload data onto the payroll system
* Using Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis
* Updating staff information
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Checking information is correct for payroll
* On a daily basis receive and input payroll data in accordance with procedure
* Process statutory deductions, process TAX and NI etc
* First port of call for queries and who is able to work to multiple deadlines in a high volume, fast paced payroll department
