My client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Conveyancing Legal Secretary whose skills set and experience will complement those of our existing Team. This new vacancy has arisen
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of accurate typing of all legal matters with a conveyancing bias, expedite all administration efficiently and manage all client and/or stakeholder queries through any communication methods professionally, being sensitive to all commercial perspectives.
You will have:
- Exemplary IT skills
- Accurate and swift typing speed
- Attention to every detail
- Legal experience will be essential
- Ability to work as part of a dedicated and outgoing Team
- Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary
- Experience working within a Conveyancing/Property department
- A great telephone manner
You will be working within the Property/Conveyancing Department of this reputable specialised firm based in Newport on a permanent/full time basis.
