A global leader in sports and entertainment is now looking for a Sales and Office Administrator to support their Sales and Senior Management Team within one of their Production and Distribution businesses.

You will predominantly be responsible for the day to day running of the sales administration process, ensuring this goes as smoothly as possible as well as acting as the first point of contact for the department.  This role involves a variety of sales, finance and contractual- based tasks; these include:

  • Sales administration: management of contract hard copies: tracking log, post/courier to clients

  • CRM: data entry of contract details into the system, including renewals, new business, revised contract end dates, amended rates and terms of service

  • Management of client website logins and client email distribution lists, including email prospects

  • Manage contacts database system accurately, and ensuring data protection compliance

  • Office administration: IT, post, telephones, stationery, liaison with relevant departments

  • Arrangement of regular management meetings, Committee and Board meetings

  • Ad hoc arrangement of travel for management, expenses management
