This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Merchandiser to support the Sales team. This is great opportunity for someone to join the team on a 15months maternity cover contract.. The ideal candidate would have a passion for product, attention to detail and, have excellent excel skills.

They are a family run business who award winning product is sold in 56 countries worldwide and is now available at many of the world's best lingerie retailers.

You would be the primary contact for assigned accounts based within the UK and International Market, responsible for assessing and identifying customer needs in terms of service and administration. Coordinating with all parts of the business to ensure all customer requirements are satisfied. This role will also include stock allocation, running routine and ad hoc reports which will be both company and customer specific. Conducting analysis relating to business and customer performance .

Key Accountabilities

Customer focus
- Accountable for setting up new processes and procedures for individual customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain high levels of trust and confidence with customers, through periodic contacts and promptly responding to questions and solving problems.
- Responsible for understanding and completing customer forms and electronic system requirement requests.
- Building and fostering good working relationship with customers.
- Ensure all parts of the business are aware of customer's requirements and their role in supporting the full and accurate supply of orders.
- Attend customer visits, lingerie and swimwear exhibition when required.
- Report on customers KPI analysis, provide feedback and raise any issues or areas of concern. Be able to interpret customer performance reports and understand how to calculate performance of product ( sell through)
- To Support the Sales Support Manager, the Customer Sales Managers and Global Sales Directors to meet customer expectations and requirements whilst still considering the standard practices of Panache.
- To be responsible for the day to day running of the customer's account including coordination of customer specific needs, such as imagery, photo shoot samples, pre retailing and invoicing. Ensure customer orders are entered accurately and the customer order book is kept accurate at all times.
- Ensure that Panache is working within the terms agreed with the customer to avoid additional costs to the business and put forward ways of improving processes to Sales Support Manager
- Using language skills with international customers and translating (where appropriate/when required).
