Communications and Marketing Manager
NRG are working with a leading charity in the North East who are looking for a hard-working and dedicated manager with experience in marketing as well as being able to manage a team. The suitable candidate will manage a variety of internal corporate and income generation communications and marketing projects.
You will be a solutions focussed self-starter, motivated by a busy and positive working environment. Knowing your work really does help to make a different to local people’s lives and up for a challenging of supporting the charity during an exciting time.
Whilst there are many responsibilities involved in this role, you will be managing a small team of communications and marketing professionals, each managing their own projects and campaigns to achieve set targets. It will be your duty to ensure they are kept on task, motivated, supported and encouraged to carry out the work.
Skills and experience:
Educated to Degree level (desirable)
Professional qualification in a relevant subject e.g. CIM
Minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant role with a good understanding of marketing and communications
You must be able to demonstrate experience and previous roles you have held where you have managed a small team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good negotiation skills
Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
