IT Technician - Bradford
Working within an existing IT support team of 3. This is a close-knit and supportive team. Your duties will involve running the helpdesk for around 150 users within an established legal firm.
Solving problems and issues around the servers and software. Resolving issues remotely and deskside. Taking full ownership of all queries until resolved. Building and maintaining professional and friendly relationships with all staff.
Ideally you will have experience with PC’s, laptops and mobile devices plus networking and peripherals, backup technologies and LANS / WANS.
A good working knowledge of Windows 7 and 10, MS Office products, Windows Server 2008 and above.
An ability to troubleshoot problems related to AD DNS WINS DHCP Dfs using tools such as ntdsutil, Group Policy Management, SUS server.
Knowledge of Routers and Switches, Anti-Virus Software and Security systems
Knowledge of legal software ideally P4W, Oyez and Bighand
Knowledge of the legal profession desirable.
HOURS OF WORK 37.5 hours per week between 8.00 - 5.30
