Our client is a very successful law firm with four offices in the Cheshire region. We are assisting them to fill this very important vacancy which will be based at HQ in Stockport.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

* To help the firm grow top line revenue and profitability through ambitious sales plans for the four offices

* To ensure the firm effectively target new work and acquire new clients of the right quality for the whole organisation

* To work with the partners to seek out, develop and win new business (from both new and existing clients not only from the commercial field but also the education sector) within the North West and the UK as a whole that fits with the firm’s business and marketing strategy

* In addition to selling their Employment & HR Consultancy service in an intelligent and professional manner (to keep pace with their rapid growth), you will also be required to cross sell the firm’s wider legal services around the North West

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

*Extensive business development experience in the legal sector offering legal services

*Ability to think creatively, develop sales target plans and implement these effectively and profitably

*Be dynamic and creative in your approach to generating sales

*A drive to achieve targets and help grow the business

Hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. 37.5hrs per week. Generous holidays and other entitlements
