The Marketing Assistant is primarily responsible for sales pipeline creation and assist sales team in the market research for their core markets with responsibility for creating and delivering both online and offline campaigns and events. Working across teams, communicating objectives and deadlines clearly, assisting people on the deliverables and numerous projects simultaneously.

Job Duties:
- Markets research and other marketing campaigns activities within business plan
- Writing and taking core content and adapting it for various purposes
- Working across functional teams to assist in the marketing campaign content creation
- Keep abreast of all the target sectors and all business trends, including governmental and political news where relevant
- Monitoring business news for relevant stories
- Working collaboratively with key cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of programs and campaigns, on-time.
- Maintaining a library of assets to rapidly deploy programs and campaigns
- Working with the IT Director to ensure the website supports marketing programs and campaigns
- Ensuring that leads are entered into the system quickly and automatically where possible
- Briefing Marketing, Sales and Executive teams on marketing campaigns and ensure they have the right tools to support the campaigns

Skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and high attention to details
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills is a must
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Result focussed and self-motivated
- Team player
- Good understanding and interest in the new solutions within the Fintech/financial sector
- B2B work environment experience highly desirable
- Advanced MS office is a must
- HubSpot knowledge is desired
