Ok, so that really is too good to be true. But this role isn't.. A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef or Chef De Partie to relocate to Australia & work in one of the top 3 rated boutique hotel resorts in Australia. A Privately owned luxury lodge in a paradise island location producing fantastic multiple rosette food.
Included in the package is beautiful lodge accommodation & all of your meals. On top of that you will earn a basic salary of $60k - $70 Aus (£38k - £40k) base salary. All of your living costs are covered. We are told that Chefs often leave here after 2/3 years & have saved enough to build their own homes! This is a small, but very high end resort voted in the top 3 on trip advisor & widely reviewed by publications such as Conde Naste, The Sunday Times & The Telegraph as the no1 paradise resort in Australia. Oh & by the way -You would be working with one of the most famous Executive Chefs in the country!

You must be working to a very good standard currently. Ideally rosettes, in either a high quality restaurant, gastro or high quality hotel operation. This is a CDP role but would suit someone who is currently at Junior Sous or Sous Chef level looking for a once in a lifetime opportunity to work in a truly world class environment & to build a CV that opens doors to world class global opportunities.
You must be a happy, easy going, outgoing individual. There is a small, wonderful team on the resort that are very friendly.
You must have brilliant references in your current & most recent employment.
Important - Your partner must be prepared to travel with you. The client wants a couple so the chef is settled & not missing home. Beautiful lodge accommodation will be provided for you & your partner & work will be offered to your partner in line with their skills - no hospitality experience necessary for your partner as full training would be given. Although some hospitality experience would be a distinct advantage. We can discuss this in more detail if you are passed for shortlist.

The nitty gritty - IMPORTANT - so please read line by line to make sure you qualify for the initial working holiday visa:
You must be under 31 years of age on the 1st Sept this year.
You must have 5 years kitchen experience in total & a catering related qualification to qualify for the initial working holiday Visa for Australia.
You must not have had an Australian working visa at any time in the past.
If hired the employer will then Sponsor your full visa upon completion of 6 months employment. There is a migration specialist Agent that will help you to process your paperwork - so support every step of the way.
Salary $60k - $70k Australian /£38k - £40k plus beautiful accommodation & all your meals. You will not need to spend any money on a day to day basis to support your lifestyle!
