Job Description

A Fantastic opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Advisor to work for our well-established client based in Christchurch, Dorset!

Location: Christchurch, Dorset!

Salary: £16,648 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Job responsibilities:

    • Receive in-coming calls from customers wishing to update their travel insurance medical records
    • Input data into online system
    • Ensure all relevant information is captured and updated on the system for each customer
    • Ensure customers who aren't covered are given a good explanation as to why and providing a proactive solution where able to
    • Help make the process as simple and hassle free as possible for customers
    • Attempt to resolve disputes with customers. Proactively present solutions to problems and ensure the principles of Treating Customers Fairly are considered
    • Liaise with 3rd parties in relation to resolving queries quickly
