Job Description

Job Title: Events and Projects Coordinator
Location: Banbury
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 DOE

As an internationally loved brand who offer classic and timeless ranges they are an employer of choice for many candidates and are now seeking an experienced Events and Projects Coordinator to organise their tradeshows across the UK and Europe.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate people and logistics to successfully deliver tradeshows of exceptional quality
  • Manage key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all events are delivered on brand and to a high standard
  • Liaise with teams to ensure stand designs are on brand and delivered on time and to budget
  • Coordinate all products and ensure stock levels are appropriate for each event
  • Liaise with the marketing team to ensure appropriate promotion of each tradeshow
  • Attend and oversee tradeshows
  • Where you are unable to attend brief staff members and provide clear instructions on how to run the show
  • Maintain H&S standards for all set ups and breakdowns
  • Coordinate external and internal teams to ensure set ups are delivered correctly, on time and to brief
  • Ensure on brand and creative visual merchandising
  • Help coordinate in store or pop up franchises with a particular focus on visual merchandising

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Proven experience in events management, organising logistics and teams
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Previous visual merchandising is desirable
  • Experience organising events for the retail sector
