This prestigious membership organisation is a leading professional body for their industry.Description Work closely with senior members of the team to manage and develop key client relationshipsEnd to end brand project and campaign management, collaborating with internal teams and clients, and agenciesCounsel business owners on brand considerations and making recommendations, providing big picture thinking and appropriate ideas to projectsConsult with the client to identify marketing requirements and develop appropriate strategiesWork from intake to debrief collaboratively across strategy, planning, designers, production and the wider integrated communications teamCollaboratively generate workable concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and multi-channel communications across online, print promotions, videos, events and conferencesOversee and review all projects from concept through completion, including performing market research, and signing off on all work prior to client presentationWork with key stakeholders on the development and implementation of the brand to provide clear directionWork closely with other Creative staff in an effort to share ideas, trends and other creative topicsProfile Essential Demonstrable end to end planning and project management skillsStrong relationship management skills and ability develop and maintain effective client relationships and be an effective business partnerDigitally savvy with experience using tools to monitor and measure marketing effectiveness and provide recommendations, as well as keeping up to date with latest trends in graphic design, web design, production, etcExcellent negotiation and influencing skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders to gain consensus and drive projects through to a conclusionAbility to work collaboratively and build consensus among various communications team members and technical specialistsAbility to manage a busy workload and work to strict deadlinesAbility to develop integrated marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels and markets with an analytical mindsetStrong writing and communications skills with ability to articulate and present creative concepts and technical information logically, both internally and externallyA collaborative, proactive and flexible approach DesirableExperience of working in brand led transformation, in-house or agencyDegree educated in Marketing/Business discipline or similarCIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing or similarExperience working within a B2C environmentJob OfferOpportunity to help develop brand led transformation for a leading global organisationSalary of £42,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
