Employee Development Coordinator - Part Time

Salary - £20,000 (Pro Rata)

Location - Mansfield

A leading service provider experiencing excellent growth is seeking to recruit apart time Employee Development Coordinator to join their successful team to cover maternity leave (approx 12 months). You will be responsible for supporting the employee’s training requirements.

Reporting to the HR Manager your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain an Annual Training Plan
  • Organise and carry out internal training courses accordingly, in respect of different projects
  • Design training documents, such as handouts and checklists
  • Continue to develop the learning culture
  • Maintain all training records and documentation, ensuring everything is up to date
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Liaise with staff at all levels in respect of any training issues

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar training role
  • Confident dealing with all levels of staff and deliver training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude whilst willing to learn new skills

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is seeking a new challenge within training. You will be working 3 days per week and our client is flexible on which 3 days they will be.
