About you in your new role:

- You are the inspiration and drive behind their events. And you're going to thrive in their small but dynamic organisation.
- You will be instrumental in the design and delivery of their event and training programme, including their ambitious Annual Conference, so your outstanding event management experience will be invaluable.
- You will have excellent communication skills across a variety of platforms to ensure all their event communication are clear and valued.
- With excellent people and relationship skills, you'll be capable of engaging with a very wide range of stakeholders.
- You will be instrumental in helping them to implement their new strategy to make sustainability just good business.
- You will be working across both Scotland specific events and conferences as well as UK and Ireland wide events.

This position is flexible in location - it either can be home-based or based at their Cheltenham or Edinburgh offices. Therefore you will have proven excellent remote communication skills as well as an ability to work remotely and have experience in developing strong relationships remotely.
