Example tasks and activities

• Work alongside the Business Development Director to develop a brand strategy

• Build out a robust content strategy and communicate this efficiently to both internal and external audiences

• Develop and promote the use of content to support company and consultant networking, particularly Linkedin

• Work with key senior stakeholders across the business to generate marketing collateral, blogs, news pieces and ideas

• Website and digital strategy and management – regular updating and maintenance of our website and social media channels

• Work with our digital agency to manage PPC and SEO accounts and delivery in combination with paid social activity, in order to drive organic and paid search traffic to our site

• Email campaign management across acquisition and retention programmes – build out, own and manage related databases in line with current industry data protection legislation and regulations.

• Creation of client case studies/ testimonials/award entries

• Brand ambassador – representing the company at networking events

• Report monthly on marketing activities to the whole company

Experience needed

• 5 years+ B2B marketing experience

• Proven track record and experience of running successful marketing campaigns

• Experience at working on your own and in a team, generating marketing collateral, reports and whitepapers

• Experience of managing and updating WP sites and email management systems

• Experience of working with senior stakeholders and management teams Skills

• Strong communicator

• Adept at working on your own and in a team

• Self-starter, highly motivated and passionate about the role of marketing within B2B organisations

• Team player

• An eye for detail and high-quality standards

• Highly autonomous and action oriented

• Comfortable working in flat matrix organisations
