We have an amazing opportunity for a Management/Customer Service Assessor to deliver Apprenticeships in Retail & Customer Services.
You will be working for one of the UK's leading training providers, to help inspire learners to realise their potential as they support, advise and guide them through their apprenticeship training and assessment.

Locations- North East

Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications to be considered:

Assessment Qualification (TAQA L3/A1/D32/33)
Level 3 or above Teaching Qualification
NVQ Level 3 or above in Customer Service
NVQ Level 4 or above in Retail
Level 2 qualification in English & Mathematics
Ability demonstrate a minimum of 3 years occupational experience in the relevant occupational area
Experience and confidence in teaching groups of individuals
