Your new role
This role will be required to support the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to develop and deliver an internal communications and engagement strategy that enables business performance. The post holder will be required to design and implement exciting initiatives that will increase communications and engagement across the whole organisation as well as targeted interventions that will drive engagement in specific business directorates.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a successful internal comms specialise and have the ability to communicate using a wide range of channels including audio, visual graphic and online communications, website, intranet, print, film, digital and social media. You will be proactive, creative and forward thinking, with a track record of trying new things.
What you'll get in return
This is an interim role due to last 3-6 months with a possible extension and have the ability to apply for a permanent post.
