Working with this growing insurance services provider, these are newly created roles and are great opportunities for individuals who have some insurance related claims handling experience. The role will involve dealing with Home Emergency Insurance Claims on behalf of an insurance organisation, handling claims through to resolution as well as validation and repudiation.
Excellent customer service is required along with some Claims Handling, Home Emergency or insurance experience. You must be able to commit to a variable shift pattern which include working some weekends and evenings.
This role is based in the Oldbury/Quinton area and the call centre is open Mon - Sun between 8am and 10pm.
