Excel/Finance Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary Excel Administrator to join our busy Installations team supporting a very large cosmetics project on behalf of a major UK retailer. The Excel Administrator will be responsible for managing different spreadsheets for a major installations project, working alongside the Operations Administrator, the Excel Administrator will also be responsible for updating key information for the project.

Excel/Finance Administrator Key Accountabilities:

* Responsible for processing paperwork for installations, working across detailed excel spreadsheets, general administration and data entry.
* Work alongside the Operations Administrator to constantly review process and procedures and deliver continuous improvement.

The successful Excel/Finance Administrator must have a strong admin background with high attention to detail. A candidate with a purchase ledger background would be ideal and the role would suit someone with advanced Excel skills.
