Based on growth, our corporate financial client based in Birmingham City Centre are looking to recruit a Senior Personal Banker.

This role is base on expansion within the Company and will involve coaching and motivation of staff to ensure reduction in customer debt levels.

This role comes with a fantastic basic salary plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.

Duties to include:

·Monitoring incoming and outgoing customer contact including complaints

·Using effective communication skills – maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and providing feedback and coaching

·Ensuring that all aspects of the Banks proceduresare followed and maintained in a satisfactory and compliant manner

·Preparing statistical information, root cause analysis and regular quality reporting

Key Skills:

·Previous experience in a similar role is essential – retail or commercial banking

·Ability to multi task and demonstrate excellent understanding of general banking procedures and regulations

·Nigh level of numeracy and IT skills in order to analyse information

·MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CREDIT CHECK

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week - Monday - Friday

Salary:

£ 23,000 basic – OTE £25,300
