Have you experience in a senior customer service administrative role within the Financial Services industry?

Our client within financial services are seeking a Customer Services Team Leader to join their busy customer services department. You will be leading and directing a friendly, hard working team in beautiful offices where you will be responsible for providing a varied support service to customers (when it comes to financial products), as well as assisting the Customer Services Manager in developing the team.

As Customer Services Team Leader, this will involve ensuring all members of the teams work within agreed service levels, supporting in the development of the team (assessing performance), improve processes, and provide reports to senior management.

You will also be carrying out hands on customer service duties including handling queries, responding to customer correspondence, updating details, and administration duties including managing direct debits and processing payments.

Phone based customer service experience within Financial Services/Insurance is required.

Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential along with good MS Office skills
