Vision for Education are currently recruiting for 2 x Teaching Assistants (TA) to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a two form entry primary school In the Swinton area with a postcode of M27. This primary school caters for children and who have Autism and other special educational needs and disabilities.

Some children can display challenging behaviour so excellent behaviour management is needed. This is a two form primary school, which is has an outstanding reputation in the local community. The behaviour and attitude of the children is outstanding, and children enjoy coming to the school to learn. The school has achieved good levels of attaintment in key areas and achieves a good level of attainment.

The desired Teaching Assistant will be supported by an outstanding and passionate management team, and will work alongside some excellent practitioners, who put children at the heart of everything they do. The desired Teaching Assistant must have experience of working whilst supporting a teacher but also be able to work alone when required.

The position will commence in September 2018 and will run for three terms until the end of the Academic Year.
