User Support Analyst - Essex - £20 Per Hour - 1 Month contract

Your new role
In your new Role you will be proving first and second line support to users on a variety of technologies including Mobile devices, software as well as desktops. You will be providing remote access support to users on Microsoft Office, ERP systems and Lotus Notes. You will be providing 1st line support and 2nd line support in an ITIL environment.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your new position, you will have experience working in a first line support position using ticketing systems. Your previous experience in Lotus Notes as well as Office 365 support will essential in the success of your new position.
