This is an opportunity to join a Microsoft Silver Partner who provide transformative services for their customers focused on Microsoft Cloud for Office 365, Mobile Device Management, Operations Management and Azure. They work with their customers to enact change, achieve outcomes by getting the most out of the technology and building enduring relationships.

They are recruiting for a Technical Client Support Engineer, with suitable IT Support experience of at least 2 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing onsite and offsite 2nd and 3rd line IT support and implementation services to their clients in the South of England. The role will be based from their offices in Basingstoke but will require regular onsite visits to their customers in London and the South East.

Experience Required:
- 2 years+ experience of supporting;
o Active Directory
o Exchange
o Windows Server
o Hyper-V
o Windows 8 & 10.
o MS Office 2013 & 2016.
o Hardware (Servers, Laptops, Desktops)
o Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN)
- Previous technical support/service desk experience
- Proficient at trouble-shooting and problem solving
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proactive self-starter, capable of managing own workload
- Ability to produce comprehensive, user-friendly documentation
- Full UK Driving License

Desirable Experience:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Services, Office 365 and Azure IaaS in particular
- Knowledge and experience with Networking and Firewall Technologies such as; CISCO, CheckPoint and HP
- Good awareness of wide-range Microsoft Server technologies
- Active MCSA or MCSE certification

- Providing client support
- Active Directory maintenance
- Microsoft Product Support specifically on Microsoft cloud technologies, Office 365 and Windows Azure
- Client Support Call logging reports.
- Ownership of task from start to completion
- Liaise with stakeholders and implement projects with the required internal and external resources
