We are working with a very exciting company who are growing rapidly and have excellent prospects lined up. Due to the growth of the business, they are expanding their team and are looking for a new Product Manager. With offices located in a popular area, employees are even known to go for walks at lunch time to help unwind! This Bournemouth based company, are a medium sized business in the FMCG sector with really great potential. They’ve been growing successfully over the last twenty years and have established themselves as a brand to be reckoned with. They work closely with some of the most popular names in retail and are continuing to grow!

You will:
o Have experience with overseeing the Product Development process for physical products that are sold into shops or retailers
o Liaise with manufacturers in the Far East Exciting FMCG industry
o Oversee the product development process from start to finish

Key requirements:
- Essential to have previous product development experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong project management skills

£22,000 - £28,000 Basic + Bonus, Free Parking & 23 Days Holiday + Healthcare & Excellent progression plan

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Delivering products to customers in line with the agreed strategies of the company and critical pathways
•Overseeing the product development process from start to finish, communicating with key clients and other members of the product and project teams.
•Liaising with manufacturers in the Far East with regards to availability and manufacturing times
•Updating, developing and writing briefs for new and existing products
•Ensuring account managers are kept up to date with the process to inform clients
•Conduct market research and analysis on current product lines and trends, ensuring current developments are up to date and strategies are adapted
•Preparing presentations, giving account managers all relevant information and pitching new products ideas internally to the rest of the team.

Knowledge and Experience:
•Essential to have previous product development experience
•Excellent communication skills
•Strong and proven project management skills
•Attention to detail and time management

This position would suit candidates currently working as a Product Manager, Product Developer, Product Development Manager, Junior Product Manager, Product Executive, Product Assistant, or Project Manager.
