Bright, confident and outgoing graduate (or equivalent) with a passion for retail and marketing required for a busy and varied role supporting a small team. You may be a recent graduate with some marketing or retail experience or perhaps A Level educated with a couple of years relevant work experience. Lots of initiative and a key focus on customer service is key!

The successful candidate needs to be friendly, approachable and confident speaking with clients on a daily basis. The successful Retail Liaison / Marketing Administrator will also assist other visitors to the venue including contractors and the general public.

The successful Retail Liaison / Marketing Administrator will be responsible for

  • Building and managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders and suppliers by phone, email and most importantly, face to face
  • Collecting and analysing data intelligence and performance statistics - turning data into insight and ensuring that this information is reported regularly to all parties.
  • Working closely with the Marketing Agency to deliver successful local campaigns
  • Update and management of the database
  • Managing all communication with stakeholders, giving support at the quarterly meetings and supporting the quarterly newsletter and other communication documents for store managers and staff
  • Assisting with any onsite events - collecting feedback after events
  • Where necessary take on site photos for social media and other events
  • Assisting with facilities and general day to day operations for this very busy site

EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFIICATIONS

  • Retail Management experience would be desirable
  • Must be confident with extensive retail data analysis and trends
  • IT Literate and competent with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Maths and English GCSE/ O'Level or equivalent

  • A confident personality, ability to lead and motivate
